What is ROAR Station?


Roar Station is a strength and conditioning studio, focusing on strength, aerobic and anaerobic workouts. We offer three styles of classes, Max Out, SPRINT and PUMP all three classes are focused on strength and conditioning intervals. Each day has a focus, either upper, lower or full body.  Our trainers, class environment and smart programming, delivers you a more personal experience to help you to achieve better results.

Meet the Founder


Adriane Abraham founded ROAR Station with the unshakeable desire to engrave the message that everyone has that deep driving force within them, that inner voice and deep rumble in their gut to reach their highest limits. Through the combination of challenging workouts and a driven mind, she believes anything is possible. She has personally always become the best version of herself through discipline and training. She feels her training methods are more of a preparation for life. She feels its important to build the inner strength and confidence first before a person can really reach their full potential.

Prior to opening ROAR Station, Adriane was a co-founder in a very successful boutique fitness concept. It has been Adriane’s deepest desire to create a place, for competition, fun, challenging workouts that take people out of their comfort zone, but without risking their bodies. Perfecting programming is her lifetime goal. She has created the ROAR Station program to stay simple, creative, fun, challenging and most importantly effective.
