What to Expect

Book in Advance

The Station can get busy, make sure to save your spot and book prior to arriving. Book online or call our studio. Our friendly front desk staff can answer all of your questions!

Arrive on Time

Before your first class, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your class start time so we can get you prepped and show you around the station. For the safety of our clients, we are unable to permit late arrivals to enter classes once they begin.

Our classes are designed to challenge you. Come prepared to have a ton of fun, MAX out your full potential and SMASH your comfort zones.

We Got You!

Our main job is to make sure you are safe before you are challenged. Our certified trainers are highly aware of any corrections or modifications each individual may need. We provide personalized attention to each client making sure they are moving properly without risk of injury.

Come Prepared

For all our classes, you will need to dress in athletic wear and training kicks. If you are SMASHin’ it for the first time, you will need gloves and wraps. Don’t have them? No worries, we have them available for rent or purchase for a fee. Also, don’t forget to bring a towel and hydrate. We have a bottle filling station, or water is available for purchase!
